Ok so I have not got any good quality pictures of my creations at the moment sooo I will just share some other things with you today...
I have recently discovered an app on the Iphone called Instagram which lets you take/upload photos and edit them in a vintage/retro fashion. It really makes your photo's look lovely and some photo's in my blog have been edited in the app. It's also a bit like twitter and facebook you have the ability to browse other peoples photo's and follow them if you like them. It's been a good way for me to upload my designs and get feedback from people all across the world using this app!
If you want to follow me my username is SophieLeigh!
Heres a couple of photo's of some bits and bobs and some of my creations that have been uploaded and edited using the instagram app...

The I Love Making Things February Fayre
So I did the fayre on saturday and it was my very first craft fayre! Unfortunately it wasn't very busy at all and nobody sold much. I did however meet a kind and lovely man who made wooden clocks and bowls and all sorts of things, he told me about lots of other events across the country that I could do and kept me and my 2 friends entertained during the day. I spent so much time making on thursday and friday so I was quite disapointed with the day :( oh well I now have lots of lovely stock to sell and will be getting it up on facebook as soon as possible for everyone to see! Here is a peak...

Sequin & Button framed Heart...
I've been very productive again today!! aswell as the Elephant I have made a heart in a box frame, I hope you like it!
Inspired by Asia
I recently purchased a money box in the shape of an elephant and even though I couldn't really afford it I spent pretty much my last £10 on it. BUT it has inspired me and I am sooo glad I purchased it because today I stitched a little elephant and put it into a lovely white box frame and I'm SO PLEASED with the result!! I'm a huge fan of elephants and ever since my trip to South East Asia I've wanted to do some work with elephants in and I've finally found the motivation and inspiration in an unlikely place thanks to the money box.
I am selling the elephant frame and I can also make more so please drop me an email if you would like one! They cost £20. xxx

Commission for Marianne...
A friend asked me to create a card for her to give to her best friend. She wanted flowers so I came up with this design which was then stuck onto the front of a cream greeting card.
She was very pleased with it and theres nothing I love more than a happy customer!!!
